What are k-mods ?

the k-mods are all about graphic replacements/overrides. No more, no less. And no scripting stuff. Nature override, Urban override, Floors override, and of course miscellaneous overrides all over the different Worlds and all over your Sims :)

More about k-mods ?

k-mods are all about graphic replacements/overrides. No more, no less. And no scripting stuff. But for a question of ID ( maxis files identification ) we advice to not mix and match with other creators terrain/tree. A replacement / override is INDEED always a bit touchy ...

  • Nature override : Files that replace/override grass, ground and most of trees and plants in every world/town/city
  • Urban override : Files that replace/override street walks, roads, walls, shells, buildings in every world/town/city
  • Misc override : Files that replace objects, both buy and debug, cosmic things & stuff in every world/town/city

Easy Installation

Place our files/packages into your EA Mods folder. Simple to drop in / drop out as any cc. Follow instructions when there are ones. Voilà !

k-101 - Builder mod

It’s a replacement to all of maxis floors, roofs and groundies / floorpaints ... ALL-OF-THEM. Base Game + EP/GP included. The k-101 is not for your house because we mostly use cc, it is intended to be for the environment of your Sims. Zen & Harmony ;)

It covers a multitude of ( mostly ) debug objects overrides made to enhance maxis worlds things and stuff all around. Due to a large diversity of things and stuff covered by the k-303 Multifix mod, this one is a bit different.
