For all, it was important to keep the spirit strong. Citizens weren&#8217;t inclined in spreading their achievements and convert villages and small towns in the mountains. It was more important to help Oaksoak Hollow thrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best solution was to build a university. To teach what they had learned, what they see for the future. A university would attract young energy and wise mind. People who could stay later on, or leave and spread the word. Slowly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oaksoak Hollow built a university, divided into 2 buildings. L&#8217;Association des Etudiants (student union) and l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 des Bois Verts. <br>The student union holds the community class and the administrative office.<br>The university holds the classes and the sports stadium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>scholarship for original-minded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 buildings spread around town so students mingle with the population<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>wind turbine-powered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lot size: student union is 64&#215;64, the university building is 60&#215;60<br>Expansions: University<br>CC included: Our own and S3Store. <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/tech-hippie.com\/sims3-lounge\/archives\/704\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"704\">Check the custom content post.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><br>No cheats were used in the creations of those lots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Special thanks to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysimrealty.com\/\">MySimsRealty<\/a>, both buildings are modified version of theirs: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysimrealty.com\/Sims3_Community_CustomUniversities.html\">Storybrook University<\/a>&nbsp;and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mysimrealty.com\/Sims3_Community_CustomUniversities.html\">University Student Union<\/a>.
