There’s something about Ravenwood. It’s quiet, yes – but not calm. The streets echo, even when no one’s there. The houses creak like they remember things. This isn’t the kind of town that welcomes change easily… but that’s never stopped us before.
With this set, we leaned into Ravenwood’s atmosphere. Overgrown cemeteries, forgotten corners, interiors frozen in time. Maybe the mortuary got a fresh coat of paint or maybe the peeling walls tell a better story. We added details that deepen the silence, that sharpen the shadows.
Life and death both leave marks. In Ravenwood, you’ll see them all.
There was a couple of things we wanted to upgrade in Ravenwood that needed a texture upgrade.
Gravesite : in Ravenwood, some gravesites are covered with grass and dirt. We updated those, since it looked out of place with the K-505 all around.
Portal and Soul bowl : in the Netherworld of Ravenwood, there’s a portal and a soul bowl. Well that needed more texture. Just to look cooler.
Solicitor Rug : we happened to have nice rugs. And while the idea of a public service such as a solicitor offering free advice is nice, we couldn’t leave the poor guy without proper rugs that could reflect his status and well … the mood of the town.
Streetdeco : various decorations were upgraded like the banner in the town square and lamps. To be honest, there is a lot of street lamps in Ravenwood and those are available here too. Because, why not.

Less shiny, more weathered but still with texture and without any flags, flowers or any kind of decorations. Streetlights are perfect as they are, let them live. Let them be free ! Only functional streetlights, back to basic. Shining a pixelated light.
