Magnolia Promenade has always felt… clean. Too clean, maybe. Sleek storefronts, curated displays, polished pavement. It’s the shopping district, after all. But we always thought it could use a bit more personality, more texture, more life.
This collection gives Magnolia Promenade more character, whether you want it to feel like a real small business hub, or the kind of place where everything looks local but comes with a premium price tag.
Less shiny, more weathered but still with texture and without any flags, flowers or any kind of decorations. Streetlights are perfect as they are, let them live. Let them be free ! Only functional streetlights, back to basic. Shining a pixelated light.
